Projects
Kastafiore is a platform that allows researchers to configure their study and transform it into a cross-platform application (Android, iOS, Web). Kastafiore simplifies researchers’ work in terms of recruitment, randomization, remote data collection, monitoring, and follow-up.
Mentalo Project
The Mentalo web application, launched in May 2024, is the first project developed on the Kastafiore platform. This innovative application integrates gamification elements and a rewards system to maximize user engagement and promote mental well-being among young people ages 11 to 24.
To encourage regular participation, this gamified approach is complemented by reminders sent via SMS, email, and push notifications, prompting participants to complete questionnaires spread over a year. Through these mechanisms, Mentalo ensures continuous interaction and long-term involvement of young people in the study.
The success of Mentalo illustrates Kastafiore’s commitment to designing innovative digital solutions, combining technology, user engagement, and positive social impact.

Tabapsy Project
Tabapsy is the second project developed by Kastafiore, after Mentalo. Launched on January 15, 2025, this interventional study aims to support reducing or quitting smoking in 41 CMPs in France. Led by Inserm and its partners, it offers 8 workshops with regular follow-ups to assess participants’ progress.
To support this initiative, Kastafiore designed and deployed a complete digital solution in record time:
- A secure web app that enables confidential collection and tracking of participant data.
- A dedicated website facilitating workshop presentation and online booking management.
With Tabapsy, Kastafiore reaffirms its expertise in developing high-performance, secure digital tools adapted to the needs of research and public health.
VEAVE Project (Coming Soon)
VEAVE is an ambitious initiative aimed at reducing violence against children and adolescents by raising awareness and training professionals, families, and the general public. Carried by a consortium of experts in healthcare, justice, and child protection, this project relies on innovative digital tools to improve prevention and intervention in the face of such violence.
As a trusted partner, Kastafiore plays a key role in the project by developing a secure digital platform dedicated to data collection and analysis. This solution makes it possible to assess the impact of the actions implemented and optimize intervention strategies. It also provides precise monitoring of training and prevention tools, ensuring their effectiveness among the targeted audiences.
With VEAVE, Kastafiore confirms its expertise in developing high-performance, secure digital solutions, putting technology at the service of child protection and research.
